Offer and acceptance are the mandatory parts of the marriage. When anyone comes for a court marriage in Pakistan, the first step is the ceremony of nikah, which is performed by the licensed marriage registrar of the court. The registrar in the nikah asks for the offer and acceptance from the bride and the groom.

ID CARD COPIES:

In all the provinces of Pakistan except Punjab province, the age for the bride and the groom should be 18 years. To prove their legal age of marriage, the bride and the groom should have their ID card copies. In Punjab, the age of marriage is 16 years.
